Simon Gwynne
Sales Manger

Simon was born into the finance industry and moved
straight from University to Westpac Bank where he started
his career as a Sales Consultant providing services
and strategic solutions to Westpac’s merchant
base. Within the year he worked his way up to a more
senior role as a New Business Manager where he researched
and compiled tenders for presentation to corporate organisations.
After two years in this role Simon was once again promoted
to become a Senior Client Manager boasting a comprehensive
portfolio of major corporate clients such as Telstra,
Microsoft and Hutchinson Telecom. Being fully accountable
for annual revenue growth with these clients, he consistently
met his targets of 10 to 15% growth annually. Simon
was also responsible to develop account plans, renewing
legal contracts, product development and liaising with
internal and external stakeholders such as APCA, Qvalant
and Leigh Mardon.
After 7 years with Westpac Simon moved into the family
business and is now a Director of Aussie Money Centre
managing the company’s cash flow and profitability
and continually strengthening relationships with financiers
such as GE Money, ESANDA, Capital Finance and Liberty
Finance. Simon also has hands on participation with
client development mentoring the company’s Brokers
and assisting with developing new business, consistently
visiting perspective clients and developing relationships.

Bronwen attended University and achieved a Bachelor
of Teaching and was then employed full time for 5 years
by the Department of Education as a dedicated educator
providing a well structured, innovative and efficient
learning environment. Her dedication and willingness
to go beyond normal expectations soon earned Bronwen
the admiration of her pupils and the respect of her
peers. After teaching Bronwen moved into customer relations
with the Westfield Group as Customer Service Manager
in charge of the implementation of customer relations
and the management of a team of 25 staff. During her
time with Westfield Bronwen was responsible for the
implementation of many successful procedural changes
which significantly streamlined the daily operation
of the department.
When the family finance business moved into a new
operation Bronwen joined taking on the role of Administration
Manager being responsible for the setup, implementation
and supervision of all back office procedures. Bronwens’
exemplary organisation skills, along with the ability
to create a calm environment, in a high pressure industry
ensures the smooth running of the day to day operations
of the Aussie Money Centre.

Michael Virgo

|
Michael attained a tertiary degree in finance
and started his career with GE Money as a Dealer
Relationship Manager responsible for acquiring
new accounts and maintaining existing relationships.
After two successful years in this role he moved
into a managerial position whereby he was responsible
for 30 staff members, this included the New Business
division, Settlements and Direct Lending. He has
extensive knowledge of the internal process and
strategies required for a successful and profitable
ledger. After five years with GE Money, Michael
took the position of Operations Manager for Genesis
Credit, responsible for analysing and managing
the company’s cash flow, balance sheet,
profitability, and ensuring strong relationships
with external stakeholders.
Since joining AMC, Michael is managing, supporting
and mentoring brokers and the company’s
employees. His role also includes relationship
management with various financiers including GE
Money, ESANDA, Capital Finance and Liberty Finance.
Michael also has a dual role with Simon analysing
the company’s profitability and cash flow.
